Jim started playing Piano by ear at the age of 4 and with no formal music
lessons did so until his 10th birthday when he got his 1st Electric
Guitar & Amp, oh... the glory! He has never stopped playing Guitar since
then, and still plays Keyboards Live and on his recordings. Throw Drums
in there too. Jim plays all of the instruments on most of his own recordings.
Jim also plays pedal & Lap-Steel Guitar, Dobro, 12-String & Bass.
Being a Musician also involves your brain and your ear, it's your
understanding of music beyond your instrument of focus. Your ability
to comunicate with other musicians in a mutually beneficial,
and musically meaningful way.
